• Answer phone calls while using a phone script
• Schedule appropriate amount of cars each day
• Greet customers with a warm welcome and build a relationship with them
• Inform and sell customers the car care club card, contact and pre-approve them for 6 month no interest financing
• Collect and record payments
• Perform follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction
